Rates

• Individual therapy services are $195 for initial evaluation (intake) and $150 per 50-minute follow up sessions.

• Discounted services are available on a limited basis utilizing sliding scale based on income and household size.

• Assessments are priced according to the type of testing needed. Please reach out for an estimate.

• SPS operates on a fee-for-service basis. Insurance is not accepted at this time.

• Superbills are available for insurance reimbursement.

• Forms: Please complete relevant paperwork prior to the first scheduled appointment.
